Patrick King Horsemanship Clinic-Classical and Western Dressage
December 2-4
9& 10 Private Sessions
11-13 Group Classes
Regardless of the specific focus, Patrick’s clinics and workshops are designed to help riders of all levels and all disciplines to achieve more with their equine partners.
One of the most important parts to any clinic or workshop, to Patrick, is the learning atmosphere. In order for learning to take place, the riders and horses need to feel comfortable. Through his unique blend of insight, humor, and support, Patrick puts everyone at ease from the moment the day starts and keeps everyone relaxed and engaged throughout.
But don’t be fooled by the relaxed atmosphere – Patrick takes the learning and progress of his students very seriously and does his best to ensure that each and every horse and rider team receive the focus, help, and feedback they need to make real progress toward their goals and to solve the troubles they may be having.
With the knowledge and experience that has earned him the nickname “the Classical Cowboy,” Patrick specializes in “dressage of any denomination” – Western Dressage, Classical Dressage, and the Classical Western Bridle Horse being 3 of Patrick’s passions within the realm of refined horsemanship – and these are currently the topics that Patrick chooses to offer for his clinics. Relating to these topics, Patrick can coach you and your horse on classical in-hand work, basics of Dressage and Western Dressage, advanced development, Garrocha work, and more. If needed, Patrick is also able to help you to further develop or fill in the holes you may have in your foundation work.
